Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
We check every piece and pack it securely before it ships. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard tracked shipping takes 8–15 business days. The rate depends on your destination:
- Main destinations — $6.99 USD: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Australia.
- Free shipping to main destinations on orders of $99.99+ USD.
- All other countries — $12.99 USD flat rate. The free-shipping offer does not apply to these countries.
*Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
3. Tracking Information
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. It can take 24–48 hours before tracking shows up on the carrier’s site.
4. Customs Clearance, Taxes & Import Duties
Your local customs office may charge import duties, taxes or clearance fees on international orders. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We can’t control delays caused by customs inspections.
5. Shipping Disclaimer & Unforeseen Delays
Zestnook is not liable for shipping delays caused by things outside our control, such as severe weather, customs holds, postal strikes, or heavy holiday volume around Black Friday and Christmas.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout (including unit/apartment numbers). Zestnook is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Re-shipping costs will be charged to the buyer.
7. Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL) to the address specified in the order, Zestnook is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please choose a delivery address where packages are safe.

9. Quantity Discounts
Mix and match any full-price jewelry or decor items: buy 2 and save 10% off those items, or buy 3 or more and save 15%. The discount applies automatically at checkout to the eligible items in your cart. Free shipping to our main destinations still starts at $99.99 and is unchanged. This offer does not stack with other sitewide percent-off codes; gift cards and already-marked-down clearance (if any) are excluded. Items priced under $10 are excluded. Returns follow our usual policy on the paid price.
